Church Support.

There are very few evangelical churches in the poor region of Romania called Oltenia. Located in the south, there are more harsh climate conditions and little industry. The fields that used to be irrigated to grow wheat, now are dry and crops of corn or sunflowers are totally dependent on the amount of rainfall.  This year, these corps grew to only half of their normal height. With 80% unemployment in some villages, these places cannot afford to build a church or to pay for a full-time pastor.  ROM has stepped in to some of these situations and has helped financially in church construction.
