Romania shares borders with Ukraine. There are villages in Ukraine where Romanian people haved lived for years. The war is affecting all parts and people groups of Ukraine. ROM has already taken food and supplies directly into Ukraine to pastors to distribute to church members and refugees. This grassroots approach has enabled us to get supplies to people who are living in places where the Russian troops are advancing. Store shelves are empty, fuel is sparse, temperatures are very low, and sirens are going off overhead in many of these locations. After seeing the effectiveness of the program, we are now working together with the Romanian Baptist Union to provide food and supplies to other pastors on the Ukrainian side of the border. Would you consider supporting this, maybe with your tax refund? One vanload of food and supplies costs about 1,400 USD.
